Dan Harrington Dan Harrington is a legend. He was born in Cambridge, Mass and went to law school at Suffolk University. Dan first broke into the poker scene in 1987 when he entered the WSOP Main Event and came in 6th place. In 1995 he won the WSOP Main Event and made the final table in 2003 and 2004. Dan is a bankruptcy attorney, a poker player, a master chess and domino champion, and a writer. His “Harrington on Hold’em” tournament books are absolutely essential to anyone who takes poker seriously. Dan has earned over $4.8 Million Dollars in tournament wins.
